Bonnie S Don't Do It! 2018
My advice to anyone who finds themselves on a ledge and feels like jumping.........DON’T DO IT!!!!!!!!

Come here to the Q., hit the crave box and wait for the help you will receive here from the Quitsters here who want to see you succeed. I promise you that if you do that your chance of jumping will decrease emensley. For me, reaching out for help when I was on that ledge saved me from smoking on a couple of occasions in the past almost 2 years.

Unfortunately.... I didn’t reach out for help before smoking a cancer stick 2 weeks ago and I blew a almost 2 week quit.

The problem with jumping is that once you step off of that ledge you can’t stop the fall from happening. It’s too late then. You have then relapsed........... and hitting the ground feels like crap!

Once you have hit the ground, you have a choice to either lay there wallowing in your remorse and guilt, or you can get right back up, a little bruised and probably embarrassed by your piss poor decision, and get right back to the “right choice” of continuing on in your smoke free journey.

That is what I did and I am so grateful that my sanity quickly returned and I here with all of you wonderful people trudging that smoke free journey!!

BTW; the picture is if my DH and I last month where we were in Chicago. This is on the top of the Willis Tower (Sears tower). Both of us have a fear of heights so this was a brave move!!!! It’s all glass encased. We are not that stupid!!!
