What's for dinner tonight, Mildred?

I have leftover ribeye from last night, so I'm going to slice it up thin and put it on toasted French rolls with melted swiss cheese. (It's my favorite way to use leftover steak!) I like to toast the bread with butter and garlic herb seasoning before putting the sandwich together. It adds a nice pop of flavor.

What are you having for dinner now that you don't smoke?
