Posting here from Canada and the weather forecast advises a polar vortex is on its way for end of January. So far, it's been a mild winter and I am not looking forward to these chilly temperatures. I may have quit smoking in 2007 but breathing in that frigid cold air is no longer possible. No more outdoor walks when the vortex arrives. Time to dust off the treadmill and find a good show on Netflix.
