Yesterday October 12, Canadian's celebrated Thanksgiving. It's a day of thanks and gratitude. I am very grateful for a long lasting strong quit. I confess that even if the thought of smoking enters my mind, it doesn't have a grip on me. I look at it like a piece of fluff, a dandelion in bloom that will quickly blow away. It's my brain doing exactly what it is supposed to do and that is think thoughts. It's just a thought. It doesn't require action or contemplation.
