This day I am eating more fish so I purchased a fresh half salmon no bones and I chose to bake it with asparagus and garlic rub and olive oil. It cost 22.00 and was WORTH it. I will NOT buy frozen salmon again. My hubby agrees FRESH salmon is WORTH it! Just sharing new menu that hubby and we will be  eating FRESH salmon every two weeks. Takes time to introduce new foods to our bodies! Laughing out loud.
