You either smoke or you don`t.  And you only ever have TWO choices:  To smoke... or to NOT smoke.

It`s up to you. You already know the consequences of each.

Don`t clutter your quit with stuff that won`t help you achieve your objective:

It makes no difference whether quitting is hard or not

It makes no difference if it`s harder for you than for others

It makes no difference if you live with more stress than others

It makes no difference that you have PMS

It makes no difference whether the crave is mental or physical

It makes no difference whether nicotine is out of your system in 3 days

It makes no difference that others don`t sympathize with your plight

It makes no difference that others don`t understand what you are going through

It makes no difference that you don`t feel supported

 It makes no difference that you smoked for longer than others

It makes no difference that you feel smoking was your coping mechanism

You have to quit and that`s that.  No excuses... no qualifications... no nothing.  It IS what it IS.  DON`T SMOKE... and in time you will find that SMOKING MADE NO POSITIVE DIFFERENCE TO YOUR LIFE...  EVER!  And all you need to appreciate the truth of this...  is some distance from the very habit that is clouding your judgment.

Simply don`t smoke and you will start to see smoking for what it really is.  It will become downright obvious... but ONLY if you don`t smoke.     Gummer
