Hi, I am totally new to NOPE and am trying to figure out how to navigate everything. I am 62 yrs old. Been using disposable ecigs for about 8 yrs and am ready to QUIT!!!  Go through about 1 ELF bar every 3 days and am coughing all the time and can't afford it. Want to set this Sunday as quit date. Am I in the right spot??
