THE HARD PART

Is when you wake up and realize how important each quit is...
Ironically those that lose their quits don't see how precious a quit is until it is too late.
So some times you hug them...
Some times you slap them hoping they will wake up.
..
Sometimes people say things, and you think, "Oh my God, what are you talking about?
Or you start to defend someone that you think is being bullied or picked on...
Because EVERY quit is precious, and is the forever quit... if they chose it to be.
And every day there is a new voice...
“How do you do this? … They beg.
And you say, "Don't smoke, no matter what!"
The next day they say, “How do you do this?
And you say, "Don't smoke, no matter what!"
And they whine and cry, beg and plead. They try and cut a deal, or look for a loophole…
And you keep telling them… "Just don't smoke, no matter what!”
Then one day you log on… and there's a newbie asking how do you do this…
And from the voice that had begged and pleaded, whined and cried, you hear, "Just don't smoke, no matter what!”
And it's all worth it!
Have a great and smoke-free day and night tonight... and an even better smoke-free tomorrow!
