Fighting craves can wear you out.... maybe give this a try...

When you feel a crave starting... try sitting or laying down, standing will work though.  Close your eyes...  relax your body...  allow the crave complete control... allow it into your head... into your brain... allow it to run it's course..... completly.

........  embrace them, experience them... find out what they are about.  Close your eyes... lowering your shoulders often... relax... ride it out, you will be okay.. 

Craves are physical proof nicotine levels are lowering.....   embrace them.. learn from them... experience them, their intensity and duration will diminish, given time...  

Practicing this method will allow the very essence of your addiction to manifest itself... your courage will grow...

Walking batheing or light household activity can reduce anxiety/stress... try 2 walk often...
