Good morning fellow Pandas, and any other Quitter that wants to pledge with us.

This weekday post is in the memory of Gramma CeeCee. Someone who was a great help in the beginning of the Q.

For those of you who haven't been to our little Panda Bear Coffee Shoppe, I'll try to paint a picture with words for you. The decor is pretty much French Country. Pastels, striped fabrics, lots of florals. There's a corner full of overstuffed furniture right next to the fireplace (for those cool days). So choose a chair and sink into comfort. There are lots of down comforters to snuggle up with and, ​​of course, we have a huge library to choose from. Feel free to share your latest books with us.

We have some tables on the other side of the room for playing games. Please feel free to "bring" any games you'd like to play. We could play a word game or a continuing story game. Whatever you would like.

Music is always an option. Feel free to request your favorites and I will provide the lyrics and the music whenever possible.

The coffee bar is always open and because we are the owners, it is self-serve. Create any of your favorite coffee drinks, smoothies, tea, and juices. There's a large no-calorie bakery right next to the coffee bar. Lemon bars, cinnamon rolls, apple fritters, blueberry scones with sweet cream. Help yourself but don't forget to tell us what you're having so we can enjoy it with you!

Over here we have a man cave (although women are more than welcome too!!) – it features motorcycle parking, a big-screen TV to watch NASCAR, football, or any other sport you like, and tools to keep your muscle car tuned up and ready to go.  There are fishing rods as well, and a gun safe so anyone who packs has a safe place to store their gun while quitting!  You can also kick back and relax at a card table or start a game of pool or darts.  

Also, this is a no smoking facility. So don't be afraid to post your stats, too! It's never too often to brag about your success. Please help yourself to some goodies and join me in pledging not to smoke today no matter what. I offer my paw in friendship and support to the next Panda to trundle in.
