What helped me, especially in the beginning was distraction. What still helps me unwind from an uncomfortable situations so I don’t crave? Distraction. 

I’m not saying we won’t be talking about our quits and sharing the repetitive malarkey that comes with a quit, but here?....

There may be a cocktail or two being shared, an F bomb tossed because the line in your sock is off and rubbing your toes the wrong way , or really, just daily life shits and giggles. 

At any time, a struggle or crave someone may be having takes top priority. If you need help, ask. 

Maybe we can squash it with humor.

Laughter IS the best medicine they say.
