Hamilton G Forgiveness.. what a powerful tool 2018

Forgiveness....what a powerful tool, How many loved ones have we hurt by our own selfishness to addiction to smoking including ourselves. I was told that forgiveness is for the person offended more than the offender....I just wonder how many persons forgave me for smoking in their face and not caring about it. Now I have learned to forgive those that have offended me. I refuse to hang onto bitterness and un- forgiveness....Why? because un-forgiveness is like one taking poison and waiting the other person to die.

We must all Learn to forgive others and learn to forgive ourselves. Then true healing will start to take place.
