Hi Mildred & friends, what did you or are you having for dinner?
I'm getting ready to cook edamame spaghetti noodles (will be the 1st time I've tried them, lower carbs, higher protein, fiber & iron) with some (previously frozen) meatballs in spaghetti sauce & top with some parm cheese and a side of green beans and maybe a side salad.

ClearColors You know the edamame noodles were good to me. They do seem high in calories though I think? It's 200 calories for 2oz and I weigh my food out now & 2oz is nothing. Maybe regular spaghetti is that high in calories too, I don't know, I never paid attention before. Anyhow though, I was aiming for healthier & some more nutrition so that goal was... Show more
